I completed the sculpt true to the concept but decided that she did not look like a goddess as much as I had hoped.  I decided in making her blue, which was a regional color that men would wear into battle and women would wear for religious ceremonies as designs like a tattoo, or completely covered.  

 

I tried a few different poses.  The one that was suggested by my instructor was that one I used.
